New British women’s under-23 team to launch for 2024 season

There will be a new women’s team in the domestic peloton in 2024. An exciting new venture, the team will be a development vehicle that aims to provide holistic support for its athletes, with a race programme that incorporates key UK races alongside a European calendar.

A statement on the team’s newly created website says:

“We aim not only to provide a suitable UK and European race programme and performance pathway, but to support the whole athlete; the lifestyle changes, media and sponsor relationships, mentorship from senior riders and provide a true apprenticeship for aspiring and talented U23 riders.”
