Further National B road race dates have been confirmed for 2026, adding substance to a calendar that has already begun to take shape and giving teams and riders greater clarity as they plan spring and early-summer programmes.
The Royal Navy Cup will return on Saturday 7 March, once again serving as one of the season’s earliest National B opportunities. Run on the distinctive Ilton airfield circuit at RNAS Merryfield, the race has become a familiar early-season opener, traditionally drawing a strong field and offering valuable early points for riders looking to lay solid foundations for the year ahead.
Early May will again feature the paired Timmy James Memorial Grand Prix and Witham Hall Grand Prix, both confirmed for Sunday 3 May. The open Timmy James Memorial and the Witham Hall Women’s Grand Prix provide classic mid-spring road racing on the Lincolnshire lanes, and have become an important staging post ahead of the busier, higher-profile blocks of the calendar, positioned strategically just one week before the Rapha Lincoln Grand Prix
Later in the month, the London Dynamo Road Race is set for Sunday 31 May, once again doubling as the South East Regional Road Race Championships. Back on the Staplefield circuit, the race combines National B points with regional titles, with the rolling Sussex terrain continuing to make it a popular and selective fixture for open and women’s E/1/2/3 fields alike.
With these additions, the outline of the 2026 National B season is becoming increasingly clear. More confirmations are expected in the coming weeks as organisers finalise dates and the domestic road calendar continues to fill out.
