Rider standings

James Shaw (SwiftCarbon Pro Cycling) moves into the lead after finishing 7th at the South Coast Classic, knocking Madison Genesis’ Matt Holmes (who didn’t race) off the top spot. Shaw’s team mate Jacob Scott moves into third after his South Coast Classic win. Steve Lampier (Saint Piran) continues his run as the best-placed elite team rider, moving up to 4th overall with 4th in Eastbourne.

Team standings

Canyon dhb p/b Bloor Homes remain comfortably at the top of the standings. Madison Genesis drop from 2nd to 4th after picking up just 4 points, with SwiftCarbon Pro Cycling and Team Wiggins Le Col moving up to 2nd and 3rd respectively. Ribble Pro Cycling move about Vitus Pro Cycling p/b Brother UK thanks to a 10th place finish from new signing Damian Clayton. Saint Piran continue as the best-ranked elite team.
