Ride Revolution set 2028 target for UCI Continental status

Ride Revolution has announced it intends to race at UCI Continental level in 2028, with 2027 a transition year of increased investment, an expanded international calendar and a new tier of around 10 near full-time riders. Jake Hales sets out what the step requires.
