Mud Dock Racing, the Bristol-based team launched in 2024, has unveiled its ambitious plans for 2025, including an expanded elite men’s road team, the establishment of a women’s road division, and a calendar targeting both domestic and international races. Run out of the Mud Dock bike shop by Charlie Parry, Will Jewitt, and Felix Skelton, the team continues to build on its ethos of supporting riders across all levels, from elite racers to grassroots enthusiasts.
The elite men’s road team sees modest growth for 2025, with ten riders set to compete across a mixed calendar of UK and European events. Returning riders include team founders Parry, Jewitt, and Skelton, joined by Tom Adby, Tom Munn, and George Whitlock. New signings bolster the roster, including Galahad Bland (from Team Tor 2000), Will Deely (Southampton University), Lewis Whitcombe (unattached), and Tom Ashcroft (Pocomotion Road Club).
The team’s UK ambitions are centred on the National Road and Circuit Series, alongside standout races like the CiCLE Classic. Internationally, the squad will focus on the French racing scene, with support from Very Fast Coaching, alongside a broader European calendar of UCI and non-UCI events.

Mud Dock Racing’s women’s division sees a significant boost with the introduction of a road team targeting the National Road Series and a potential European race programme. Leading the team is Mia Rutterford, who joins from Tofauti Everyone Active. With its women’s calendar still being finalised, the team is positioning itself to make an impact both domestically and on the continent.
Mud Dock Racing’s unique approach as a collective remains central to its identity. “We aim to be a collective that supports riders at all levels, from the elite men’s road team, women’s team, MTB team, and club/support team,” said the team’s management.
This inclusive ethos is reflected in the team’s grassroots connection to the Mud Dock bike shop in Bristol, where the founders continue to operate as both racers and team leaders.
