A historic treble, unmatched consistency, and a season that set the standard: Robyn Clay is your 2025 Domestic Rider of the Year.
Recognising the squads whose results, consistency and commitment across the 2025 season set the benchmark for British domestic road racing.
In a year that began with injury and uncertainty, Robyn Clay set herself three simple goals: score UCI points, podium at Nationals, and turn professional. By season’s end she’d done all that and more — claiming the inaugural Rapha Super League, completing a historic domestic treble, and earning her first pro contract with Team Picnic–PostNL.
At Wentworth Woodhouse, Tammy Miller (DAS-Hutchinson) soloed to her first National Road Series win of the season, while teammate Robyn Clay’s seventh place secured both the overall and the inaugural Rapha Super-League title. In the open race, James McKay led a Wheelbase CabTech Castelli 1-2 for his second National Road Series win of 2025, as Adam Howell (Muc-Off–SRCT–Storck) sealed the overall crown and teammate Will Truelove finished fifth, narrowly missing out on the Super-League title claimed by the absent Matt Bostock (TEKKERZ CC).
