The race began in blustery conditions. Max Stedman (Canyon dhb p/b Bloor Homes). After an active early lap, a lead group of 26 riders formed. SwiftCarbon Pro Cycling duo Jacob Scott and James Shaw attacked from far out and built a solid lead. Both Dan Pearson (Canyon dhb p/b Bloor Homes) and Steve Lampier (Saint Piran) attempted to bridge across, but Shaw and Scott managed to stay clear, with Shaw taking the honours as the crossed the line together. That was SwiftCarbon Pro Cycling’s 4th win of the series.
